Acknowledge – Together we will explore the blocks that arise as you work towards becoming your childs answer. We must be able to self regulate before we can co-regulate. This skill is fostered through inner reflection, self-care, and attention to our own needs.
Action – Together we will develop a plan of action that explores the root of the problem while compassionately addressing troubling behaviors. We are our child’s answer

How long are the counselling sessions?
Counseling sessions are 50 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged for where appropriate.
How many sessions do I need?
Some come with a quick question and one session is appropriate. Others will want weekly and then move to bi-weekly or even once a month check-in.
