I am a theraputic counsellor working to support clients as they integrate mind, body, spirit, and emotions in the healing process. I commit to compassionately help individuals in recognizing and following their body-centered intuition towards healing and living a full life.

Individual Counselling

The intention of counselling is to inspire individuals to come into conscious connection with their body, mind, and soul. This connection offers the opportunity to create a culture of health, both individually and within the relational unit.

My Approach

Awareness – Using the attachment-based developmental approach we will identify the underlying emotions that drive behaviour and how as the adults we can support.
Acknowledge – Together we will explore the blocks that arise as you work towards becoming your childs answer. We must be able to self regulate before we can co-regulate. This skill is fostered through inner reflection, self-care, and attention to our own needs.
Action – Together we will develop a plan of action that explores the root of the problem while compassionately addressing troubling behaviors. We are our child’s answer

Family Counselling

My practice uses an integrative, developmentally-informed, and family-centered approach, with a focus on children and families. I compassionately and skillfully support families as we address connection through counselling, workshops, and support groups.

Step Families

I provide insight and direction for addressing the family system and individual needs.Recognizing the variety of forms of modern stepfamilies and their different treatment needs. Understanding the stepfamily cycle, offers clients an organized way to identify challenges and find ways through them.

Youth Counselling

My goal is to support youth by coming alongside them and offering insight into the core of the challenges life is presenting. Together we will identify strategies that can help identify, understand and work with symptoms and behaviour. Offering in-person and online counselling.

    How long are the counselling sessions?

    Counseling sessions are 50 minutes. Longer sessions can be arranged for where appropriate.

    How many sessions do I need?

    Some come with a quick question and one session is appropriate.  Others will want weekly and then move to bi-weekly or even once a month check-in.
